The outline is quite simple, I copied this position:

Tips: if done digitally, use different layers for the different parts of the body, so you can errase them easily and colour them separatly.

Tips : if non digitally , if done on acrylics, first trace in pencil. Then when coloured , make sure acrylics dont dry too fast so you can blend the different colours in the sections.
